*Special order item might takes longer processing time as some items are hand crafted and made to order. And therefore might not be reflected on our ordering schedule.
*Some item may require additional time before ship out, depending on the size, weight, distance and location (Over-Size Items, Body kits, Hood, Fender, Special order etc…)
  1. You place an order with us online, by phone or in person.
  2. Our staff reviews the order for accuracy and product availability, and will confirm order acceptance by email. Our staff will also confirm shipping fee when special delivery is needed for larger items.
  3. Credit card transaction will be processed upon order confirmation.
  4. Your order will be forwarded directly to our order processing department in Japan
  5. Our crew in Japan will transport the item from manufacture to local warehouse. Your orders will be inspected and make sure it's free of damage.
  6. Products will be arranged for overseas shippment via our frequently scheduled container frieght.
  7. Customer gets second notification that shipment is on the way from Japan to our Canadian warehouse.
  8. Upon arrival of shipment in SPEEDSTAR in Canada, we will inspect again to confirm part# and condition.
  9. We ship your order to your doorstep via UPS within North America. Larger items may require special delivery as confirmed upon order acceptance
  10. Customer gets final confirmation and tracking# of the product.
