Job Summary
The primary objective of JDM parts consultant is to respond to customers inquires efficiently and completing sales through the use of different communication channels (phone, email, walk-in and private message).
Responsibilities
• Taking phone inquires
• Responding to emails and pm
• Local sales
• Demonstrating customer service at all times
• In-store merchandizing
Qualifications
• A basic knowledge on functions of automotive parts.
• Familiar with different brands of automotive parts (JDM & Non-JDM).
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Willing to learn and able to work under this fast pace industry
• High School Graduate
• Fluent in English
• Japanese literacy an assets
